Line-up changes
Following the multitude of rumours about AVSKILD's line-up, now it is official: Fane (guitar) and Tase (drums), are no longer members of the band. We thank them for their cooperation and wish them all the best in their forthcoming endeavours. The new members of AVSKILD are Andrei Clodius, guitar and Radu Matric, drums. Soon there'll be infos about them in the Characters section fo this website.

AVSKILD will suport AVATAR in their first club gig after their performance as the opening act for MEGADETH at Arenele Romane in Bucharest, on 15th of June. The event is presented by Metalhead and will take place in Baza Militara Club. Opening act: BUNKER.

AVSKILD - SPRING RECONSTRUCTION CAMPAIGN, MAY 2005

There is one year since AVSKILD began the reabilitation works of the Romanian metal's foundation, several works being operated so far. The activity continues, the specialists team of AVSKILD preparing the spring working session, consisting of initiating and resuming the reabilitation procedures in some other locations as well, presented below:
06.05 - Galati, Club S
10.05 - Bucharest, Club Underworld
12.05 - Buzau, Top T Festival
20.05 - Ploiesti, MotorRock Festival
21.05 - Bucharest, Club Preoteasa - Super Metal Live 4
If you think the things can be done differently and if you want to make the difference, your are most welcome to take part to these workshops, as your involvment is indispensable.
If the IDEA is the essential condition of bursting out the evolution, the ABBILITY of taking it into practice is the key of the last one mentioned's succes. There is the idea, let's start developing the abbilities.

AVSKILD will play together with SUICIDAL ANGELS (a new thrash metal band from Greece, that plays in the old Kreator vein) in Undreworld Club. The event is presented by Metal Under Moonlight and Metalhead. Opening acts: Colt 44 and Bolthard.

AVSKILD is invited to be the opening act for the 10 years of death metal aniversary show "Decade Of Metal" organized by TAINE together with PSYCHO SYMPHONY, that also celebrates 10 years of progressive metal activity. The show, will take place at PREOTEASA in Bucharest, starting with 19:00 hrs.

The show previously announced, will take place on 13.04.2004, at CLUB A in Bucharest, at 18:00 hrs. It will be an exclusively death metal evening, therefore all extreme metalheads should not miss this event. |

Avskild will have one first live gig and together with AVATAR will support POSSESSION from Austria. The show will take place in Club A (Bucharest), starting with 18:00 hrs. 24.02.2004
After Stefan (bass) left the band, his place was taken by Sep, now AVSKILD preparing the first live concert. The date and the place will be anounced as soon as they will be set.

AVSKILD has started the rehearsals with the new drummer (soon there'll be info on the site). Soon the second guitarist (rythm and solo) will join the band. Info asap.

AVSKILD is currently looking for a serious and experienced DRUMMER to fill in the empty place in the band.
